This is a very important step as most of our communication will take place through the Brightwheel App.  Once downloaded, keep an eye out in the "Messages" section for important information.  Be sure to turn on notifications in the App and in the Settings section of your phone so you don't miss your child's classroom assignment and other important notifications.

A Registration Form must be filled out for each student.  When you register, if you don't already have a Brightwheel account, you will be prompted to create one.  Be sure to download the Brightwheel App and turn on notifications. See the previous step for details.

Registration Fees & Monthly Tuition will be charged to the payment method you have on file in your Brightwheel account. Once you set up your billing profile, your child will be assigned to a class and a $150 Registration Fee will be applied to the payment method on file: Please note, there is a transaction fee for payments:

• ACH Transaction Fee (0.6%, $0.25 min, $2 max)

• Credit Card Transaction Fee (2.95% which can be significant depending on your child's tuition rate)

**Registration Fees are required to complete registration.  If we do not have an opening for your child in one of your requested classes, you will not be charged.

Your child's classroom should be assigned within 48 hours of submitting your Registration Form and setting up your Payment Method.  When the assignment has been made, you will receive a message inside your Brightwheel account which can be viewed online or within the Brightwheel app.
